P3 Basic Horizontal Jumps CampDesigned for the beginner long and triple jumper. We keep things simple, focusing on fundamentals, fun, and safe progression while introducing athletes to technique, speed, strength, and mental preparation.

P3 Advanced Horizontal Jumps Camp  Designed for Collegiate or advanced high school long/triple jumpers who are ready to take the next leap in their athletic journey.

This immersive experience blends expert instruction, hands-on technical training, and foundational performance development in a supportive, high-energy environment. Athletes will learn proper approach mechanics, takeoff technique, phase breakdowns, and landing strategies—while building speed, strength, and confidence.

Whether you’re new to horizontal jumps or refining your skills for the next level, this camp offers the tools, coaching, and motivation to help you jump smarter, farther, and with purpose.

Please review the recommended items below to ensure your athlete is prepared for a successful camp experience. Note: Bounce Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen items or money.

Required for All Campers:

  • Extra athletic clothing for training sessions
  • 1–2 pairs of broken-in running shoes or event spikes
  • Comfortable non-running shoes for downtime
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Sunblock for outdoor protection
  • Packed lunch and snacks (daily)
  • Small gym bag or backpack for personal items

Please note that Bounce Nation does not provide transportation to or from camp. Families are responsible for arranging their own drop-off and pick-up. There is no supervision available before or after camp hours, so we kindly ask that campers are picked up promptly at the end of each day.

Most Bounce Nation camps have a certified athletic trainer on-site to assist with minor injuries or illness. In the event of a medical emergency, campers will be promptly transported to the nearest hospital for professional care.

To secure your spot at this Bounce Nation camp, full payment of camp fees is required when your registration is submitted. Regular registration closes January 15th. Late registration runs from January 16th to February 7th and incurs a $30 late registration fee.

Timely payment ensures smooth check-in and access to all camp materials.

Bounce Nation understands that plans can change. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, we follow a structured refund schedule:

  • Full Refund: Available for cancellations made on or before February 1, 2026
  • Partial Refund (50%): Available for cancellations made between February 1st and February7th, 2026
  • No Refunds: Cancellations made after February 7, 2026, or for campers dismissed due to behavioral violations
    All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bouncenation.org. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Camper Conduct & Dismissal Policy

To ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants, Bounce Nation reserves the right to dismiss any camper who:

Requires one-on-one supervision beyond the scope of our program.

  • Disrupts the camp experience for others
  • Poses a threat to their own safety or the safety of others

Behaviors that may result in immediate dismissal include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts or threats of violence
  • Endangering self or others
  • Possession of weapons
  • Use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs, or illegal substances
  • Theft or property damage
  • Sexual misconduct or assault
  • Harassment, hazing, intimidation, or racist behavior

In such cases, a parent or guardian will be contacted to pick up the camper immediately. No refunds will be issued for campers who are dismissed due to behavioral violations.

Bounce Nation prioritizes camper safety and program integrity. In the event of inclement weather, the following policy applies:

  • Make-Up Efforts: We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide make-up time for any cancelled camp day or adjusted hours.
  • First Cancelled Day: If make-up time is not possible, no refund or credit will be issued for the first cancelled day or any shortened hours.
  • Additional Cancellations: If additional full days are cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated camp credit voucher will be issued for each day beyond the first.
  • Non-Refundable Clause: Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations unless the entire camp is cancelled before it begins.
    This policy ensures fairness while maintaining flexibility for unpredictable weather conditions.

All participants in Bounce Nation Horizontal Jumps Camps and Clinics must complete and submit the Liability Waiver & Release of Liability form prior to attending.
